Hi, Is there a way to change the owner’s avatar in the comments widget?

Hi there, @user31758 :waving_hand:

As far as I understood, you’ve signed in with Google in your Comments widget. The avatar in your widget is pulled from the profile used for signing in. Thus, if you’d like to change your avatar in the Comments widget, it should be changed in your Google account too.

Does this work for you or you’d prefer adding a separate avatar in the widget?

I don’t login with google account when I create my elfsight account. I create my elfsight account with my corporate email. My owner avatar in the comments widget have black background with a letter C. See the photo attach to this email. I’d like to be able to use an image as my avatar. There’s no way to do it, not even through some kind of code.

Your corporate email belongs to the Zoho Mail service, am I right?

If so, avatar added to your Zoho account should be pulled to your Comments widget,

Here is how you should do this:

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. In the top right corner, click on your current profile picture or icon.
  3. In the menu that opens, select “My Profile” or “Profile.”
  4. In the profile editing section, find the “Avatar” or “Add Photo” option.
  5. Click on the camera icon or the upload button.
  6. Choose a photo from your computer and confirm the upload.

I update the perfil image avatar in elfsight account and automatically it also updates perfectly in the avatar of the comments widget.
