It would be good if this plug can login to CHAT GPT and when you receive a customer review - CHAT GPT automatically replies to the review based on your information.

This is a really cool suggestion, but pretty much difficult to implement, too.
We’ll have it in mind, and I really hope our devs will find a way to add it to the widget. I’ll keep you in the loop
