I would like to request that the option to filter Google review comments also consider the owner’s responses. Currently, the filter only takes into account the words contained in customer reviews.

I think with this suggestion - once it has been implemented- you can include or exclude owners responses.

My use case is adding Tag in our response to code the reviews.

Example is we have two services. I know the client and what service they received so can code the review to be on the right service page. We did try by name or role, but hit and miss whether Reviewer adds something specific enough.

Having to log in to elfsight, find widget, select review is way to slow a process.
