The ability to filter to display reviews that have user photos help to build trust. It also streamlines, I believe I would choose this over a social media gallery feed because Google publishes UGC photos at their discretion and low quality images are removed.

As for now, you can display reviews with photos only using keywords/author names in Include Reviews

Currently, there is no way to filter reviews to display only those that include photos.
Adding a “Photos Only” filter option would allow users to quickly view visual proof and user-submitted images, which often increase trust and engagement.
This would improve usability for visitors who prefer to evaluate products or services based on real customer imagery.
