Audio widget keeps getting cut off

  • Issue description:

I’m designing my own website on Canva and I want to put some background music, however the audio widget keeps on getting cut off. It still works and everything, but it just looks messy. I have tried changing the width, making a new one, turning my computer on and off and nothing works. Any help is greatly appreciated!

This issue occurs because of the iframes used on the Canva platform. Please let me check with the devs if anything can be done.

To fix the issue, please try to follow these steps:

  1. Create a new widget (you can just duplicate it) and switch the layout to Embed:

  1. Enable the Show by Default option for Playlist:

  1. Replace the current widget on your website with the new one.
