Issue description:

Dear community, whenever I try to add the audio palyer to my website, the dimensions change to the format in the picture and I can not adjust them properly by dragging or manually changing the dimensions. Does anyone have the same issue and/or knows how to solve it? I’m working with Canva, in case that’s important to note.

Hi there and welcome to the Community, @Dolce_Vibes_Duo ![]()
This issue occurs because of the iframes used on the Canva builder. Could you please send me a link to the Canva page, where your widget is installed? I’ll be happy to check if anything can be done ![]()
Hi Max,
thanks for the welcome and the fast reply ![]()
This is the link to our page: https://dolcevibes-duo.my.canva.site/
Thanks for sharing the link!
I’ve checked your website and haven’t found the widget’s installation code there:
Could you please restore the widget, so that we could look into this?
Oops, yes. I’ve deleted it, because of the issue. It’s back online now.
Got it, thanks!
Unfortunately, floating widgets won’t work correctly on Canva websites because of the iframes used there. I am really sorry!
The only solution is to use the Embed layout instead:
Please let me know if this explains things or if you have any questions left ![]()
Oh, I see. Thanks for your help! I went with the embed player now and it’s working perfectly fine ![]()
