Due to the specifics of the Canva platform, all elements are embedded using iframes that don’t include the allow="autoplay" attribute. As a result, autoplay does not work as expected in the and users must interact with the site or click inside the widget area for the music to start playing.
Additionally, modern browser autoplay policies require some form of user interaction with the site before audio or video can play automatically.
To ensure your visitors can control playback, please keep the play and volume buttons enabled in the widget’s settings so they can start the audio manually if needed.
