It would be nice to be able to add time gaps before and after booked appointments.

This would be ideal!
As a workaround, I’ve just made each 60-minute appointment 90 minutes and just hidden the duration with CSS.

Is it an option for you to share the CSS code you used? We could review it and share with the community as a nice workaround to use if you don’t mind

It turns out it wasn’t a great workaround, sorry.
When the email comes through for the booking it still stated the duration—so I resorted back to the actual time as it was misleading.
