I’ve checked your FB page and see that it is non-public and directs to the login page in incognito mode:

Thus, to collect the reviews, your source should be publicly available. Please check your privacy settings by following these steps:

Enable Allow others to view and leave reviews on your Page? setting in Page and Tagging section:

Also, please make sure that your page publicly available in Public posts section:

However, even if after the settings are enabled, the issue still appears, please send us screenshots of your Page and Tagging and Public Posts tabs.
