Just noticed… the AI Chatbot buttons “New Chat”, “Save Transcript”, and “Expand” – typically displayed on desktops – are not fully displayed on mobile devices and tablets.
Many customers – viewing and interacting with our chatbot on mobile devices and tablets – cannot save their conversations, etc.
Also, some of the same buttons are not displayed in the AI Chatbot emulator. See below screenshots.
Kindly review and provide a solution. Please ensure it’s integrated into the AI Chatbot code.
I see that the chat on your second screenshot is not started, that’s why the buttons are missing. I’ve also gone ahead and checked your site on my phone, and everything has worked as expected:
Actually, this might be a helpful topic! Funny enough, I myself had the same question for our dev team when this feature was first released, so I wouldn’t rush to delete it
