Issue with chatbot display

With this new update there seems to be a glitch.

Even though I have the option of prompted greetings selected so there should be three question prompts floating upon pageload, it no longer shows the prompted questions and only shows the chat icon. It used to show questions like ‘How do I make an appointment’ so that visitors can click on this but it’s not showing anymore despite the right option being selected in the back end.

I have attached one screenshot of what it looks like on our actual website (it’s missing the prompt questions) and two screenshots on the backend where I’ve selected the correct setting and the ‘sample’ prompt questions that should show up but they don’t

Another issue I’ve noticed is that the AI chat does not show up at all on the Bing browser. Is this something that will change as some users may be using Bing and it’s important it works on the Bing browser too

I’ve checked your website and couldn’t replicate these issues. Widget appears in Bing and the suggested questions appear above the input field:

If both issues still persist on your end, please try to check it in your browser’s incognito mode.

I can confirm that Bing is working normally but I just tested it again on my iphone safari browser and it only shows

“Hello! How can I help you today?” and then the ‘ask us anything’ text box is there.

None of the other prompts are there.

When you say incognitio mode do you mean I need to turn it off or on?

Unfortunately, there is no way to display suggested questions above the bubble on mobile devices. We already have this idea on the Wishlist and you can upvote it here: Ability to show suggested questions on mobile by default

If this idea gains more votes, we’ll try to consider it in the future updates
