Just joined and this is all amazing. Added lots of new widgets to my site to improve functionality/design.
Just a quick question.
When I try and activate the AI Chat bot widget it doesn’t analyse my website. Is this a glitch and just keep trying or is it restricted at the moment to the US?
Any thoughts would be great as I would rather not add it all manually.

As for the website’s analyzing, recently there was a global outage on the side of OpenAI, which might cause the issue you described. However, it’s fixed now.
Could you please check it once again and let me know how it works? If the issue still persists, please send me a link to the page where your widget is installed. I’ll be happy to check it for you

I haven’t installed the widget yet as it wouldn’t analyse my website in the set up phase.

It seems that you’ve just tested the widget in demo and haven’t created it yet. If the issue still persists, please save your widget, so that I could check it in your account.
Also, please describe what questions you asked and what answers are expected.
