The AI Chat bot did not show up on our web page

  • Issue description:
    This may not work with Square but thought I should check just to be sure. I only have the option to “Embed Code” on my website. I did however add the link at the top of the page that says “Ask A Question” and that works as it should. Although i would rather have it open in a small floating window on top of the customers current window. I will likely have to move it because it gets buried at the bottom of the drop-down menu on mobile devices. It is showing up on our app as the link but not on the page. I would like this to work as designed.

Do I get it right that you’d like to open the chat window right on your website (instead of redirecting to the Share link) by clicking on the “Ask A Question” button?

Correct. The ask a question button was my solution to testing the system and i will probably leave it so i don’t have to edit every page. I would also like to have the floating help button on the home screen lower left.
