Hello, I am facing an issue with the size of the Telegram Chat and AI Chat App icons.

I am adding the code and it works fine, but the problem is with the size of the window that appears for visitors on my website when they click on the icon. The window is very small and not comfortable for conversation.

I tried adjusting the settings available for each app, but without any success.

Additionally, the AI Chat App icon does not appear on computers.

I truly need help with this, and this is the first time I am asking for assistance since I joined.

I look forward to receiving detailed guidance.

I’ve checked your website and found only the Telegram Chat installed there.

The thing is that the Hostinger platform is built on iframes, that’s why your widget looks this way. To fix the issue, please replace the current installation code of your widget with the new one:

Note: Do not forget to replace WIDGET_ID with the ID of your own widget :slightly_smiling_face:


This workaround should work for the AI Chatbot app too. However, if the issue still persists, please send me a link to the page where this widget is installed. I’ll be happy to look into this!
