Although I would love to see something like this, my only caveat would be as a long as it is sustainable for your business model. A nice middle ground (from my perspective) would be the ability to use virtual folders to segregate widgets by client/site, and the ability to set custom reply email addresses for forms.

Dear folks!
We totally understand how needed this functionality is and we are truly sorry we still don’t have any updates.
We would appreciate it very much if you could share some ideas and thoughts regarding this feature: what options you need to see there and how you expect it to work. You’ve already shared a lot of useful ideas, but if you have something else in mind, you are most welcome to let us know. It will be a huge help as this way you could point us in the right direction.
Thank you so much!

Wishlist Item for Agency Accounts
White Label Platform - Ideal
Ability to present Elfsight within an iframe in our SaaS platform to offer the service. We would want flexibility over logos and colors to match our site. We would have an admin panel that allows us to create a new client “installation” for one or more sites for each of our clients. We are billed on the total usage stats of our clients.
White Label Script
Simply being able to have the script present our sub-domain. Public links “powered by” back to our domain. No other platform changes necessary on your end. Billing based on some aggregate usage metrics.

A a service company it would be nice to create and configure a widget for a client, f.e. a contactform, and give a specific client acces to that widget. The client should be able to login with his own credentials to see the widget, f.e. to check the contactform submissions.

Very important idea, it would help us sell better. If we are organized, we sell more and Elfsight can get more money, better products - its a win/win solution.

I also like to see this, primarily for all in one reviews.
With the basic/pro and enterprise plan you can already create multiple widgets, like one for each customer, but you can’t assign users to them.
I know of another product that does it like this:
You have an (agency) account.
In there, you create businesses (like one for each customer).
For each business, you specify the review channels and their review widgets.
Then you create users and you specify to which businesses they have access.

Hi Helga, I posted on a similar white label request, but figured I’d post here as it is more active.
I think to start, what Henry Coleman and Adrian P mention would be a fantastic start.
Something that would allow agencies to white label the javascript to obfuscate the connection to elfsight to prevent clients going directly to elfsight to use the free version would the perfect start.
That could be a custom domain like bitly (and other shortlink apps) uses, or something similar that aligns with your backend setup.
Like Adrian P mentions:
“<script src =” https: //CUSTOM-DOMAIN/p/platform.js "defer>
"
or even a generic domain that doesn’t point back to elfsight (lots of white-label platforms do this with a custom subdomain aligned with a generic primary domain. So something like https://agency-name.embed-magic.com )
“<script src =” https: //embed-magic/p/platform.js "defer>
"
I think the take away is that let’s start with something simple that allows expansion going forward. We don’t need a full blown white label agency backend with end-user access and permission control on day 1, just something that won’t make our clients go ‘oh…who’s elfsight?’

How about just an API that we can use? I’d be more than happy to create my own admin module to be used by a client to maintain their events, etc… for their calendar. All I need is to make an API call to get the data for a client and one that allows me to post updates. Any plans for something like that?
