You can use image options in single or multiple choice fields—just upload images (accepted formats: .png, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .svg, .webp; up to 1 MB), assign them to each option, and the choices will display visually

When creating an Image Choice field, there are 3 default options with the default images. You can replace these default images with your own using this button:
For the new options, you’ll have to upload your own image right away:
