Hi there - we’ve had some of our staff request that the position of the widget be higher up (like with Open Sight and RNIB). We currently don’t have the ability to move this widget up towards the top of our webpage because the vertical and horizontal offset is limited. Could this possibly be altered?

Glad to say that you can change the widget’s position right in the settings. To display it at the top of the page, please open the Position setting on the Settings tab and manually input the desired value for the Vertical Offset:
