Can anyone suggest an app for actually putting in selected videos on products/services rather than loading the entire YT channel that shows irrelevant videos for the subject matter or product you are trying to promote.

You can check our Portfolio app, perhaps, it might be suitable for your use-case. This app has an option of adding a certain video. Portfolio widget supports only YouTube/ Vimeo URLs.

@Mehdi1 if the Portfolio app is not the best fit for you, you can also use the YouTube Gallery app but add only the needed videos by their URLs.
This article explains how to do so: How to display single YouTube video in Youtube Gallery widget - Elfsight Help Center. The screenshots indicate the previous editor so your widget looks a bit different now, but I hope it still will help you get the idea.
