- we are using the form widget as a quiz currently, although the clients can submit multiple entries which is throwing our results out.

This is a really cool suggestion but pretty much difficult to implement, too. We do have it mind and I really hope our devs will find a way to add it to the widget. All the updates will be posted here

I am planning to run a survey on my website which i created using Form builder… is there a way to collect response only once by users? So that they can’t submit multiple responses.

Currently, this functionality isn’t supported in our app, I am really sorry! We already have a similar request in the Wishlist and I’ve moved your comment there too.
