On iPad mini (using Safari, Chrome, Edge or Google browsers), if the bot’s response extends under the “Write your message . . .” field, the user cannot scroll to the end of the response - which remains hidden under the message field. This does not occur in any browser on a desktop.

This issue appears because of the Wix iframes. To fix the issue, you should reinstall the widget avoiding iframes. Here is an article explaining how you can do this - Installing Elfsight widget on Wix avoiding iFrame via Custom Code - Elfsight Help Center.
If you face difficulties, please request the installation in the dashboard. Our Support Team will gladly assist you with it.
When requesting the installation, do not forget to mention that the widget should be installed avoiding iframes

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried adding the widget using the instructions in the linked article. Unfortunately, I could not get it set up in Wix Studio. I believe I followed instructions correctly - but I wouldn’t be surprised if a user error was involved along the way. 
In any event, I prompted Perplexity to assess whether the article remained accurate and comprehensive today for Wix Studio sites. The response noted some more recent enhancements to both the Wix and Elfsight platforms
