The issue occurs because of the Wix iframes. To fix it, the widget should be reinstalled avoiding iframes - Installing Elfsight widget on Wix avoiding iFrame - Elfsight Help Center.

If you face difficulties with it, please request the widget installation in your dashboard and our Support Team will gladly assist you with it. Do not forget to mention that the widget should be installed avoiding iframes :slightly_smiling_face:
