I’d like to know why the autoresponder feature is a paid service?

What’s the point of making this feature a paid service?

I can perfectly understand that AI features might be paid, but not for practical and useful features.

I also understand that development has a cost, etc., but still, that doesn’t justify everything.

This feature was originally available on free plans, but we had to limit it to paid plans two years ago. Unfortunately, it was being exploited by individuals for fraudulent activities, where they created free accounts and used the Autoresponder to send spam emails.

To protect against this misuse, we had to make the decision to restrict it to paid plans.
