I have embed the store locator into our website and the map/store location images are not showing… All other features are working, is this due to the site not being live yet or is there another reason?

It seems that this issue appears because of the conflict with your website styles. To fix it, we need to check the widget on your website.
Could you please either publish your website or install a widget to a test page and share a link to this page? We’ll be happy to look into this for you

The map isn’t loaded because the widget is installed in an iframe. To fix the issue, the widget should be reinstalled avoiding iframes.
The method of installation avoiding iframes depends on the website platform and if you know how to achieve this on your website, you can handle this yourself.
However, if you’re not sure how this can be done, we’ll be happy to help you with it. For this we’ll need temporary access to your website’s backend:

Hi,
The platform is Beehiv but they says <script> elements won’t be saved.
Unless you guys can give me an iframe embed URL, then it looks like I will not be able to use Sotre Locator.

Since the widget appears on your website and the installation code contains element, it seems to be saved on your website.
However, the issue occurs because of the website iframes and to fix it, the widget should be installed avoiding them.
