Store Locator does not appear anymore

  • Issue description: The embed code had been working fine until recently. I copied and pasted the script once more in case any changes were made, but it still doesn’t work. When I visit the store locator in my Elfsight account, it works just fine. What’s the problem? Just for your information, the code is pasted in an Elementor HTML widget.

It was probably a browser cache issue, I think it works now, but I’d like to hear form you too.

There are 2 possible reasons that might be causing this issue:

  • the platform script (1st line of the widget’s installation code) has been cached by your CMS. It needs to be pulled out of the cache so it loads directly from us.

  • Content Security Policy issue. To resolve it, please add our domain ( core.service.elfsight.com) to your Content Security Policy exclusion
