I have embedded the WhatsApp widget in a fixed position div on my site, because the floating bubble wasn’t aligning properly.
However, sometimes, the chat will open downwards, effectively ending up out of view.
This doesn’t happen on all screen sizes.
Has anyone encountered this?

Could you please send me a screenshot of the issue and specify the screen size?
Thanks for your reply Max, here’s a short video of the glitch happening on a 1440x720 screen.
It also happens on iPhone XS but not on iPhone XR.
It seems a little random because earlier yesterday it worked fine on all desktop sizes, and only glitched on the iPhone XS. Then it broke at 1440x720 too.

Our devs have checked your website on a 1440x720 screen and it’s working fine on our side.
Could you please specify the device you are using and iOS version?
How very strange… I’m using:
Desktop: Lenovo E460 running Windows 10 (fully updated), Brave browser.
Mobile: iPhone XS, latest iOS, Safari browser.
