Whats app widget in my wix website is not floatig all over the website

Hello
I added the whatsapp widget to my Wix website, but once I published it it’s doesn’t float all over the website, I need to scroll down and then I see the Icon.

Hi, I don’t know about Wix, but are you sure you have the ‘Floating Bubble’ option ticked in the Settings?

I checked the widget settings and found that the window is not popping up because you have disabled all triggers:

I’ve enabled the trigger On Page Load and now the widget works correctly :partying_face:

If you decide to change the trigger, please go to the Settings tab → Open Chat Triggers section:
