Whats the avg time to get an answer on email?

My widgets are down due to limit reach and it doesn’t let me pay for an upgrade (“A server issue has occurred”). I opened a ticket over the weekend so I didn’t expect any respond until Monday, but it’s already the middle of Tuesday (CET) and still no attention to my ticket (425371), so my website has an enormous blank square where the widget supposed to be.
