I guess everybody has their own secret approaches on how to stave off burnout and stay focused on your tasks and the results.
Here go mine hacks:
- I need to visualize the outcome of a particular task in order to stay motivated while working on it
- I take short breaks during the day ā to have a game of tennis with my colleagues, for instance
- I try to plan my week out, so I know what exactly Iām going to knuckle down to today
- I always have something yummy to nibble on
