Let’s say someone was watching a YouTube video, and the video is 30 minutes long, but they don’t have that much time to watch the video, can someone copy paste the YouTube url into my Ai chatbot to analyze the video to see what it is about? …and even critique it’s message?

We’re currently working on a feature that will allow widget owners to add YouTube videos as a knowledge source. The videos will be analyzed, and the relevant information will be added to the chatbot’s knowledge base, giving you another way to train your assistant.
However, if you mean allowing website visitors to send videos during a chat and having the AI assistant summarize or analyze them, that’s a different use case. It goes beyond the current purpose of the widget, and we don’t have plans to support this functionality.
The AI Chatbot is designed to answer questions based on a knowledge base built around your business and content. Processing arbitrary user-uploaded files or videos in real time is a broader LLM capability rather than a chatbot knowledge-base feature.
