Videos do not display / play in popup window on social media feed

  • Issue description: when i use the social feed and click on an instagram post (i’m only using instagram as a source) some videos and pictures do not appear in the popup. However, when i scroll past the popup then go backwards to the popup, the videos appear – they don;t appear when I’m scrolling right, but when i scroll left they do. hope that is enough detail to get an idea of the issue. thanks

If I got it right, your widget is installed on the Wix website. This issue might occur because of the iframes used on Wix platforms. To fix the issue, please try to reinstall the widget avoiding iframes - Installing Elfsight widget on Wix avoiding iFrame via Custom Code - Elfsight Help Center.
