I’ve recently just checked back in to my instagram feed widget that’s embedded on my Squarespace website and have found that the instagram video popups won’t load anymore. They just get stuck on the spinning wheel. Any help would be appreciated!

I’ve checked your website and everything seems to be working fine:
Could you please confirm if there is still an issue on your side?
If the issue still persists, could you please specify the version of your browser and provide me with a screenshot of the developers’ console?
To open the console, you need to press Ctrl + Shift + J [MacOs - Cmd + Option + J ] for most of the browsers. This is what it looks like:
We’ll be happy to investigate the issue as soon as we receive this information.

I just checked now and it is working! The widget wouldn’t load on multiple different browsers or even mobile yesterday, so that was very strange.
