Could you please try to reconnect it and let me know if it helped?
As for the views, I’ve reset them to 0, so your widget is activated now 
Thanks for that! I thought I might have missed something obvious. I wasn’t aware I needed to sign into Twitter to show a live twitter feed of a hashtag, but now I know! Working great, thanks for your help!
