Hi I am getting “The reviews are being collected, please wait for a few minutes.” for about a half hour. Is there a way I can unstick this?!

I’ve checked your widget, and it seems the reviews managed to get collected. Is everything fine on your end too now?
There is only one review now, but if you go to the Source tab → Filters you will see the option ‘Show Reviews only with Text’ which is now enabled:
