Hi @Oliver_Wassef !
You can give all the necessary instructions, but make sure they are clear, well-structured, and concise, including only the essential information.
Our devs tried to simplify your instruction, leaving only important info, and it really improved the bot responses.
Here is the response of the bot using your initial instruction:
And here is how the bot responded, using a simplified instruction by the devs:
I hope this explains things.
If you have any further questions, please let me know. I’ll be happy to advise

@Max
Where can I set it so that the bot responds like this? Do I have to formulate this additionally in the instructions?
Where that already is?

3 posts were split to a new topic: Update AI Chatbot plan
I have been working on the instructions for the last week and noticed that the AI gets confused when there are lot of “if” conditions with mixed “or” and “and”.
is there a way to spearate the instructions so AI does not confused with multiple conditions?
Additionaly, if there are lot of filters in the instructions and they are not met by the user inputs, AI get confused and provide random answers.

Hi there, @backhome84
Yeah, AI is still not flawless, and occasional inaccuracies or confusions may occur depending on the specific context.
As mentioned above, we recommend providing clear, well-structured, and concise instructions that include only the essential information.
If your instructions contain long or overly complex sentences, consider breaking them into shorter, more straightforward ones for better clarity.
Let me know if this explains things or if you have any further questions
