When the chat window is opened for the first time, the quick replies are there.
Once the conversation starts, you can’t go back to it.
I thought you controlled it with that, but it doesn’t change anything.
A button to reset the chat manually would be good

This setting controls the display of greetings. As for the quick replies, they are displayed before starting the chat.
Right now, it’s impossible to reset the dialogue, but we have this idea on the Wishlist. Feel free to upvote it here - Reset Dialogue Button
