Is it possible for you to create a menu button to replace the “X” in the top right hand corner of your AI chatbot? Most all other chatbots that I’ve looked at online have that built in. So for example, clicking on the 3 horizontal lined button in the top right hand corner of the chatbot would give you a drop down box containing choices like “Close Chat”, “Copy Chat Transcript”, “Refresh Chat”. If you can do that, I’ll seriously consider a paid subscription with you! Can you please e-mail me and let me know if and when you might consider making those changes? I’ve attached an image with the menu button to help clarify what I’m asking for. Thanks!

I really like the pre-populated buttons in the Greeting- just wish they would stay available to the user once they select one so they could select a different option later in the conversation - so to do this a menu button would be a nice addition as the user could refer to the menu for the greeting options at anytime. This could also alleviate the need for a “start a new conversation” button.
You’d like the quick replies to always be displayed or have an option to get back to the menu to see them, am I right?

Yes, either way - I would prefer a menu as it’s easier to tuck them away after the initial selection or whatever you guys are able to do. I think it would be helpful. Thank you.
