Do you mean the option to start the new dialog? If this the case, the chat is automatically closed after 10-minute period of inactivity and you’ll be able to start the new chat.
However, we agree that it would great to have an option to start a new chat any time and this idea is on the Wishlist. You can upvote it here - Reset Dialogue Button
If I misunderstood your idea, please describe it in more detail
