I’m not very clear on the difference between Text blocks and Instructions. In particular, I notice that what I enter in Instructions is taken into account in the responses, while everything I enter in Text blocks is not.
Instructions is a section is where you can provide general recommendations for the bot’s responses. You can set the tone of the conversation, share your preferences, choose the Assistant’s role, add your contact details, and more. Here’s an example :
The Text Blocks section is meant for more specific information about your business or service. This will help the bot use that information as a knowledge base to provide accurate responses.
I’ve checked your widget and don’t see any text blocks there now. If you add the text blocks to the widget and the bot still ignores them, please send me the questions you asked and the responses you expect, I’ll be happy to look into this for you

We say that I only used “instructions” because everything I entered in “text blocks” was not used in the answers while in “instructions” it was.
I tried to remove a piece of information from “instructions” and put it in “text block”. Now the bot is blocked and I can’t test it. I’ll wait for the next period.
