I’m not very clear on the difference between Behavior and Instructions.
In particular, I notice that what I enter in Instructions is taken into account in the responses, while everything I enter in Behavior is not.

The Behavior section is used to set up the Follow-Up message. This message will be sent after 5 minutes of user inactivity to check if they need further assistance:
If you have any recommendations or directives for the bot’s responses, please add them to the Instructions section
