After embedding the Showcase on a webpage, pop-ups (when clicking on a profile image) appear halfway down the page instead of above the profile clicked. Is this a Z positioning issue that can be fixed with CSS?

This issue occurs because the widget is installed in an iframe. To fix it, the widget should be reinstalled avoiding iframes.
To help you with it, we’ll need temporary access to your website’s backend:
