Our popup in the Team Showcase widget is appearing far down in the middle of the page rather than in the middle of the viewer’s window where they have clicked “more information” for the popup to appear. How can I get the pop-up to open in the middle of the viewer’s page so they don’t have to scroll elsewhere to find it?

I see that your widget is installed via an iframe, which seems to be causing the issue. To fix it, you need to reinstall it outside of the iframe.
If you’re not sure how to do it, please contact our Support Team, they will be delighted to help you with the installation
