Issue description: The Instagram widget “followers” total does not reflect the total of followers on the Instagram account. How do I get the app to sync? Why is there a disfference.

I’ve checked your Instagram Feed widget, and it looks like the account linked there was renamed, am I right? I couldn’t find an account with the handle @planetearthfiber, but clicking one of your posts led me to @tillitomasfiber.
If @tillitomasfiber is your current account, could you please update the handle in your widget’s settings and let me know if it works? 
The @planetearthfiber relates to the account on Instagram. I can not change this.

I just looked up the @planetearthfiber account and couldn’t find any, unfortunately. I also clicked on the Instagram icon in the footer of the www.tillitomasfiber.com website, and it lead me to the @tillitomasfiber profile.
To get to the bottom of this, could you please send me a screenshot of the @planetearthfiber account with the nickname visible? It would really help us a lot with the investigation
