Instagram Feed Widget not updating

  • Issue description:
    The Entries of our Feed are not updated. The latest posts were made multiple days (up to one week ago…) Why is our feed not updating?!

I’ve tried to check the account added to the widget (komeo_drinks) and it seems to be removed or renamed:

i probably was updating the site, when you tried to reach it. The widget is called
“komeo website”: Elfsight

this is the connected instagram account: @komeo_drinks

Yes, I’ve found it! But I was searching for @komeo_drinks account on Instagram, and it seems to be not available anymore. The results show just some posts with this hashtag:

Could you please check if this account still exists or if its name is added to the widget correctly?

Yeah, it’s a screenshot from your Instagram Feed widget where you’ve added @komeo_drinks.

However, when trying to find this account on Instagram (not in Elfsight Instagram Feed widget), there are no matching results (screenshot from my previous message)

So, it seems that this Instagram account was removed, or its name has been changed, that’s why the new posts don’t appear. Could you please check this?

If you are sure, that the name of the account hasn’t been changed, and it’s still active, please send me a screenshot of your account with the new photos. I’ll be happy to look into this :slightly_smiling_face:
