BTW, is it possible to ancker time and price results somehow to any page of my website?
For example, once the client sees the results on the Quote page, I’d like to also show those same numbers on another page of my choice (like the booking page or a custom service page).
Is there any built-in feature, embed option, or workaround that would allow me to do this?
Could you please send me a link to the page, where your widget is installed? I’ll be happy to discuss your use case with the devs ![]()
Hi Max, here you go:
https://www.cleaninggeeks.ca/quote
Thanks! Would you like to pull the numbers to the service column (see screenshot), or you wanted to install the Calculator widgets to these pages and display the same results there?
Actually it’s a different numbers, 2 hours and 30 mins it’s a default amount of time to reserve a cleaning slot. What I’d like is a way to display and “anchor” two key numbers (estimated time and estimated price from your calculator) so that once a client gets their quote, these values remain visible/minimized somewhere on the website while they move through the next booking steps - until the booking is completed.
Thanks for clarification!
The results should appear on Booking page only when a user clicks on the Start Booking button. And if the user opened the Booking page through the top navigation menu (without using a calculator), the results wouldn’t show up. Is that correct?
yes!
Got it, thanks!
I am not sure if it’s feasible, but I’ll discuss it with the devs and let you know once I have their response ![]()
sounds good, thanks
Hi there, @Harry_Vonavi ![]()
The only thing we can help you with here is to pull the Calculator results into the URL parameters on the “Book Now” page using a JS code. Everything else will need to be handled on your end.
You’ll need to set up the logic to grab the information from the URL parameters and display it on the page. This process depends on the CMS you’re using, and it will definitely involve some coding. Since your site is built on Wix, you can take advantage of their dev mode to control page elements with code.
If you’re comfortable with coding, you can write this yourself, or if you’d prefer, you can hire a developer to do it.
Let us know if you decide to go ahead with this, and our dev team can provide the JS code to pull the results from the widget into the page URL parameters ![]()
ok, got it, thanks
I’ll contact you if I decide to do so
You’re always welcome ![]()
