Many conventions are multiple rooms. So if we could store a list of rooms, similar to how you have the participants, and assign things to individual rooms. And then you can let us layout the grid Room x Time as a bonus.

We did tags first, but after discussing it (after submitting the suggestion) we opted to use Venues which seems to work for us for now and will help us finalize the schedule by room.
