I was initially a bit confused cause there is only 3 locations, but I understand the idea: if a large number of locations (for example, 1,000) are added, it can become cumbersome to scroll through and find a specific one you want to edit or remove. In that context, the addition of a search feature in this update is a very helpful improvement.
Yep, this will be helpful for widgets with long lists!
