I agree, it’s incredibly irritating to try and find previously added venues from the selection list. By making them alphabetical, this would be so much easier.

Great suggestion. As venue lists grow, it becomes harder to locate existing entries quickly. An alphabetical sorting option would make the interface much easier to navigate and maintain.
In my experience working with event listings and Event venue Las Vegas locations, organizers often reuse the same venues repeatedly. Having to scroll through a long unsorted list slows down the workflow and increases the chance of selecting the wrong venue. A simple A–Z sort option would make venue management much more practical for busy event teams.
