Social Feed: Follow button in the popup is available now

We’ve added a Follow button to the popup of our Social Feed app. This button is available for all sources (except Tiktok) and directs to the specified source page:

You can modify the button's appearance in the Popup section on the Appearance tab

The Language section on the Settings tab provides the option to adjust the button's text
