Hi there----glad I found you guys. I have a few questions I’m hoping someone can answer:
1 - I am already on BigCommerce, so is setting up the media player fairly straightforward for a lay person to do or will I need a programmer?
2 - Once this is set up on BigC will it need to continually be updated if we update our Theme?

I’ve found your support ticket, and it seems that you’d like to pull albums from your source to the widgets.
We have the Audio Player app that might be an option for you, but, unfortunately, albums are not supported there. We have such a request on the Wishlist and you can upvote it here - Add Albums feature
In the meantime, the Audio Player does allow you to bulk upload tracks from your device, or you can add individual tracks via links:
To make sure your widget stays on your site, even after a theme update, we recommend installing it without editing theme files.
Our article describe multiple ways of installation - Adding Elfsight widget to BigCommerce website - Elfsight Help Center. Using the Page Builder (add to specific page) or the Base and Footer (add floating to all pages) options are the best ways to keep your widget secure.

Thanks for the response. What am I trying to ask is this. We have all our individual tracks on WebDav in BigC. Each song is associated with an album. Our previous programmer pulled the URL from the song that corresponded with a particular album. Do you know how this can be done ?
