Send Results to email/spreadsheet

Thank you for your comment, @user18407, and welcome!

I’m happy to say that this feature is in the Business Review stage, meaning that our devs are reviewing it before it goes live

If no impediments arise, we can likely expect it in a week or two!

Presuming that ‘spreadsheet’ means ‘google sheet’, this is going to be SO helpful, because it opens up many Zapier capabilities. Do I read this correctly, @Helga?

Also, @Max has an excellent vacation package.

@Nathan_Maggard, absolutely, integrations will also be added in this release

Wow, this is awesome. So by tomorrow then?

Unfortunately, it’s tough to hit deadlines sometimes, so we’re careful with giving estimations.

But I think it should be ready in about a week or two!

Hi there, @David_Puerta

Glad to say that our devs are working on this feature, and it’s going to be released quite soon. I’ve moved your comment to the discussion, where we’ll keep you updated :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi there, @peter_fangel

The feature isn’t released yet, but it’s going to be live quite soon. We’ll inform you here once we receive an update from the dev team :slightly_smiling_face:

Really waiting this feature be released as soon as possible.
Will there be a possibility to set user contact information (user email at minimum) as condition to show calculation results view. So that only once they have given valid email address and pressed call to action button they would be able to see the results.

As other, I would also like to collect leads. Quite often you see these kind widgets that have Call to action button, which will show the result and send copy of it also to both customer email and to predefined email address of the seller.

Also would be ideal to be send the form, not only the results, so that seller would be able to see the customer selections which was the basis of the calculation.

please keep me informed when there is update available, thanks.

Thanks a lot for your comment, @user1608, and welcome to the community!

I’m not sure that this release will include an option to hide the outcome until users enter their email — this time, we’re going to make the form work the same way as in our Form Builder widget. However, we’ll keep your suggestions in mind for future updates!

Hi Helda and Max,

So what’s the status update on the save/email results of calculator that has been in the works? Really would like to implement this soon or we are going to have to start looking into other services as this update has been promised as almost ready / or working on final implementation since lateOct at this point. Calculator will not work for our purposes if this save/email option is not actually going to be implemented. We may have to look into hiring a programmer ourselves to custom build another solution if this isn’t implemented soon. Thanks for getting back to us.

Hi @user16904, thanks a lot for your comment!

I’m happy to say that this request is in the Code Review stage now, which is the final step before the release review. It’s hard to hit specific deadlines, but we’re doing everything possible to release this feature as soon as we can.

We were actually hoping to roll it out a couple of days ago, but it didn’t pass the Business Reviews stage, unfortunately. Right now, we’re double-checking everything to ensure it meets all the standards. I’ll keep you updated here as soon as there’s any news! :pray:t2:

Friends, as promised, here’s an update for you: unfortunately, the feature didn’t pass the Code Review stage once again, I’m really sorry about it :disappointed:

We’ll be diving back into it to ensure everything is solid and ready for the final rollout. Thank you so much for your patience!
